Los guias muy buenos , tanto Fernando como Henry excelentes en trato, conocimientos y disposici\u00f3n. Realizamos el paseo por los canales, la visita al pueblo de Tortuguero y el Hotel Pachira escogido, muy bueno. We arrived early in the morning and there was already a huge queue to enter. When we got in, it was filled with huge numbers of people, where one guided group shuffles along in front of another with several more following or pushing by to view anything. This obviously diminishes the chances of seeing much undisturbed wildlife. If you are just going for a swim its probably good enough to visit , but as any kind of wildlife experience it's simply too overcrowded now. The registered guides ( dont be fooled by those hanging around the gate) are doing their best but the park authorities need to get control of the number of people allowed to enter otherwise it will not be worth visiting. This view was expressed to me by a number of Costa Ricans we met. Having spent almost a month travelling around Costa Rica, this was the least rewarding part of my visit as it just felt overcrowded throughout. Stale ham sandwich for breakfast, they forgot to pick someone up so we had to wait 1.5 hours which cut into the beach time. Staff wasn\u2019t overly friendly. Snorkeling was extra $20 but was awesome, the beach and snorkeling made the day a bit better. He also gave a lot of good information about places of interest with walking distance of the Hotel Gran.\nThe other was my tour guide, Luis. We went with this company, since they offered so many different types of tours and the customer service was awesome. We went with the rainforest tour, and it was a day we'll remember for the rest of our lives! Our tour guide Adrian was phenomenal! He was fun, engaging, kind and most importantly he did a wonderful job guiding us through the La Paz waterfalls, the volcano and the coffee farm. Obviously the views of these locations were amazing itself, but to have a well versed tour guide who knows the area and the best local shops to stop at and immerse yourself in is everything!  From start to finish everything was easy, from booking the tour, to front door service pick up and drop off. The tour also came with food, which was amazing!! By the end of the day,  we felt like family. I really could go on and on, but I'll just say this,  my husband and I have been to many countries, and this is one of the best tours we've been on.<!-- R-CONTENT --><\/div> <span
