Our journey begins in the Central Valley, where we’ll drive to the Central Pacific coast through picturesque mountainous areas. Along the way, we’ll pass through the village of Orotina, renowned for its delicious fresh fruit production and sales. A must-see stop is the Tarcoles River, where we’ll observe crocodiles from a safe distance—an impressive sight indeed.
Continuing our route, we’ll arrive in Quepos, Puntarenas, home to the magnificent Manuel Antonio National Park. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to hike beautiful trails, spot sloths, monkeys, and birds, and immerse yourself in the magic of the forest. The park’s pristine beach is a natural paradise, surrounded by lush greenery and marine environments. Additionally, the park boasts a very humid tropical forest where endangered species of flora and fauna coexist, including a mangrove swamp.
