Cancellations made 24 hours before the tour time will not be penalized, and a 95% refund will be issued.
For groups larger than 10 people, a 48-hour cancellation policy applies.
If the client does not show up for the tour, it will be considered a NO SHOW, and the advance amount will not be refunded.
There will be no cancellation due to bad weather, so the tour will take place even in rainy and/or cloudy weather. Except in the event of an electrical storm or torrential rain, the tour may be canceled or suspended.
NO REFUNDS will be provided if any portion of the tour is canceled due to rain or any other situation beyond our control.
Once the tour has started, there will be no refund of money.
In case you do not follow the instructions of the guides and your behavior puts your own safety, that of other participants, or the guides at risk, you will be removed from the tour, and no refund will apply.
